GALATEA

Galatea depicts curious couples and customers seeking human connection through via inanimate objects. Knupper's play explores the exotic and erotic “real doll” subculture.

Video was integrated into rehearsals, allowing the actors to interact with live and prerecorded  content. In the final production, Video portraits were used to communicate the antagonist's transition from human to doll and examine the "duality of personified objects - and objectified people". This show was programed on Isadora and used three projectors.
